Parent Teacher Organization

The Russell Bede Parent Teacher Organization serves as a resource and communication tool for parents and assists in fundraising. Meetings are held on a monthly basis at the school or at parents’ houses. School activities are reviewed, as well as topics of general interest for the parents. Outside speakers present topics of interest at most PTO meetings, and an attempt is made to familiarize the parents with resources available in the community. This organization fosters a sense of community by organizing events such as family dinner nights and holiday parties for the students.
