Admissions Overview
Like the school itself, Russell Bede School’s application process is inviting and comfortable. It includes:
- An informational conference with parents in which they tour the school, discuss their child’s needs, observe classes and meet staff.
- Submission of written materials including the application form below, observations from previous teachers about attitudes, basic skills and areas of needs; IEPs, psychological reports, and any other evaluations available.
- Student intake interview in which the student meets informally with staff for approximately half an hour.
- Classroom observation in which the student visits the school for one morning and participates in the learning environment.
- After a verbal agreement on admission and if openings are available, completion of written registration forms.
To get started, please fill out the application form below. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee. Upon acceptance, parents must fill out a registration form.
